Woranai Bumnhetpuntu is a Partner of Siam International Legal Advisors Ltd. (SILA LAW OFFICE), with nearly three decades of experience in dispute resolution, corporate advisory, and in-house legal management. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in Thai courts and advised organizations across a wide spectrum of industries, including insurance, real estate development, manufacturing, and diversified corporate groups.

Woranai’s professional background spans leading international and domestic law firms, senior in-house legal roles at publicly listed companies, and private practice representing both corporate and individual clients. This breadth of experience enables him to provide clients with a clear and balanced assessment of their legal position, including the strengths and weaknesses of their case, litigation risks, prospects of success, and strategic options for dispute resolution, whether through trial or alternative means.

Prior to joining Siam International Legal Advisors, Woranai worked with Baker & McKenzie in Bangkok and held senior legal and managerial positions at several prominent organizations, including Siam Cement Group, Asian Property Development Public Company Limited (AP), Double A Group, and Ananda Development Public Company Limited. He also practiced as a litigation lawyer at Krytathum Law Office and served as legal counsel to Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited earlier in his career.

In addition to his legal practice, Woranai has been actively involved in legal education and public outreach. In 2003, he served as the master of ceremonies for Thankot Thangame, a legal education television program broadcast on Channel 5 (Thailand), aimed at providing practical legal knowledge to the general public.

Woranai has a strong interest in technology and continuously explores innovative ways to leverage emerging legal and digital tools to enhance client service, improve efficiency, and strengthen legal advocacy.
